I had a great in-person massage experience with Vitalist Wellness. The therapist was professional, attentive and took time to understand where I was feeling tight and uncomfortable. The treatment was relaxing and well tailored to my needs, and I felt much more comfortable afterwards. I would be happy to book another session and recommend the service to others

Rebecca

Sales Manager

I was impressed with how carefully the therapist listened to my concerns before starting the treatment. The massage focused on the areas that needed attention, and I noticed an improvement in my comfort and movement afterwards

Tim

The training session was practical, well structured and easy to follow. The trainer explained each step clearly and provided useful examples that related to real workplace situations. I especially appreciated the hands-on practice and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session. After completing the training, I felt more confident applying what I had learned in a real work environment.
